What’s New in 2022
We are proud to have successfully mapped a return to sailing in October 2020 and having expanded our Small Islands of the World series with expeditions to the Indian Ocean, Japan and the Philippines. On our Indian Ocean series, we will have the rare opportunity to spend 5 days island hopping secluded islands, atolls and reefs in the Maldives. Our inaugural voyages to Japan will see guests stepping ashore on islands that remain untouched by Western travellers.
This year is our biggest Kimberley season yet, with our modern fleet of 3 vessels undertaking over 60 departures scheduled between April and October.
Later in the year we look forward to casting off on our inaugural Expeditionary Voyage to Wallis & Futuna in the South Pacific, venturing Across the Great Australian Bight, through the Abrolhos Islands & Coral Coast and kicking off our Small Islands of the Indian Ocean series casting off from Broome.
In 2023 we will embark on our new Passages at Sea series, where guests can enjoy an authentic seafaring experience onboard a working expedition ship undertaking navigational voyages and our impactful Citizen Science on the Great Barrier Reef expedition later in the year.
We are grateful to our loyal guests and crew for their support over the challenging period of the last two years. We have now been pioneering the way for expedition cruising for nearly four decades and we are looking forward to continuing the great adventures as our company grows.
